- This doesn't suprise me. Nov Volatile ram is just the kind of expensive
- component that they will be trying to avoid. I expect that the firmware
- may save settings for as long as the driver is running in the computer
- though. In that case it is a shame that they do not store what would be
- NVRAM settings in their .ini or registration database.

- I suspect it will have been because the manual is made by taking a
- manual for a conventional modem and editing it to reflect this new style
- :-)
